- Trustees elected at meeting for 3 year terms: Laurie Hartland, Kevin Jersey
- Trustees continuing:
- Lance McLaren, Tina McLaren: terms expire in 2019
- Steve Julien: term expires in 2020
- Trustees continuing:
- Trustee honorarium remains the same at $250 per year, or $500 per year for the chair.
